PRICING

Inflatables, Games & Concessions

  • Rentals are priced for 24 hour rental period. Additional charges apply in excess of 24 hours based on your rental period and availability.

  • Price includes Setup & Tear-down.

  • Delivery Fees will be applied to orders under $250.00 depending on zip code for your event location.

  • Prices are subject to change.

Tables, Chairs, Accessories

  • Rentals are priced for up to a 12 hour rental period. Additional charges apply in excess of 12 hours based on your rental period.

  • Price DOES NOT include Setup & Tear-down. Curbside Service is offered. Setup and/or tear-down service offered at an additional cost.

  • Special pricing, promotions and/or package deals can not be combined.

  • Special Discounts can only be applied to orders that meet Minimum Delivery Amount.

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Sales Tax not included. Hendry County Sales tax is 6.63%. Others Varies from 6.3% -7% (tax will be added and Included in Total) and is subject to change.

Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to book your order & finalize your reservation. Deposits vary based on the order size and total. Deposits will total no more than 50% of the total amount.

  • NO orders are reserved until a deposit is paid.

  • Invoice will be provided upon reservation and will be sent to email and phone number.

  • Deposits are non refundable.

  • All major credit cards are accepted and a 3% Convenience Fee will apply.

  • Zelle transfers and Cash App is also accepted

  • We do NOT accept checks (Some exceptions for Church, Universities, Government Organizations and Companies). This must be arranged and approved by our staff beforehand. All checks are due no later than 2 weeks prior to Delivery.

  • Balance can be paid via payment link on your emailed invoice and must be paid upon delivery. Cash payment is also okay at time of delivery.

  • Balance MUST be paid upon delivery.

Deliveries

All rentals are delivery only. Delivery fees may apply . Rentals are typically delivered early morning day of event and picked up next morning after 9am. Rentals will be picked up after the event given that it is within our service hours; otherwise you’ll need to choose the overnight rental option charges may apply. (Delivery dates and times are subject to availability)

Before Deliveries

Before Ricky Party Rentals team arrives at your event space please be sure of the following.

  • There is a wide clear path to your desired drop off location of at least a 4ft-5ft.

  • Set up space for all rentals Items must be clear of any objects, debris and obstacles around the area where equipment will be set up.

  • If there are any restrictions for a truck or our staff to access the event site, then Ricky Party Rentals must be notified prior to delivery.

  • Handling fees will apply to deliveries that are greater than 75 feet from the delivery truck site.

  • Handling fees also apply when equipment must be transported up or down steep slopes, stairs or elevators and must notify Ricky Party Rentals prior to delivery at least 24 hrs in advanced in order to have the proper equipment for the delivery.

WEATHER

Deliveries

In the event of extreme weather (Heavy rain, high wind, etc.,) customer and Ricky Party Rentals have the right to re schedule your order. It is the sole responsibility for the customer to be aware and on top of  local weather forecast. If rentals are left during bad weather lessee is liable for any damage that may accrue to rental equipment, personal property, or injuries to customer or customer’s guest.

MODIFICATIONS, RE-SCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION

  • We try our best to accommodate requests to add items to your order up until the day before delivery.

  • Additional charges will apply for any changes or additional trips made to your event outside or your original reservation.

  • To re-schedule or cancel your event, sufficient notice must be given (DEPOSITS NON-REFUNDABLE)

  • Any re scheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.

  • Fees may apply.

  • Payment must be made upon delivery

  • Cancellation requests after delivery and setup has begun forfeits any refund.

  • Cancellation request after delivery due to bad/hot weather forfeits any refund. (Customer must be aware of local weather)

ORDER NOTIFICATIONS:

  • Customers will receive an email notification 3 days prior to the event day.

  • Customers will receive a text notification the day prior to the delivery day which will include the delivery time window.

  • Ricky Party Rentals will give you a call when they’re on the way to deliver you rental.

  • No one has to be home for the rentals to be picked up as long as our staff has access to the equipments rented. (Gate Code, Side gate or rentals left on porch)

  • An additional fee will apply for time sensitive deliveries and after hour pickups.

  • Last minute orders (24hrs or less) may be subject to a rush order fee.

Certificate Of Insurance

Ricky Party Rentals is fully insured and delivers to all city, county, and state parks that allow inflatables.

Ricky Party Rentals meets Florid State Law coverage requirements. We are not able to change our coverage amounts for a particular event.

The events NOT COVERED under the Damage Waiver agreement include:

  • Theft of any Ricky Party Rentals unit(s)

  • Intentional or non intentional damage arising from, but not limited to: Sharp objects used on or in unit. Use of any chemical compound that can harm unit (i.e. silly string, paint, chalk, etc)

  • Any damage from misuse arising from, but not limited to, any disregard of safety rules located on unit.

  • Any damage arising from relocation or modification of unit without Ricky Party Rentals approval.

Damage Waiver Addendum

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL DAMAGE WAIVERS PROVIDED TO CUSTOMERS (“LESSEES”) OF Ricky Party Rentals, LLC. You, the “Customer” or “Lessee,” are responsible for protecting all items rented to you (hereinafter, “Rented Item(s)”) by Ricky Party Rentals under the terms of your Rental Contract from all losses, theft, damage, and destruction. Except as provided below, if any Rented Item(s) is/are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during your rental, you will be responsible to  Ricky Party Rentals for all costs associated with repairing, restoring and/or replacing such Rented Item(s). You may also be responsible to Ricky Party Rentals for additional charges during the period required to repair, restore or replace any Rented Item(s) which is/are lost, damaged or destroyed, and/or the loss in value of such Rented Item(s). If: we make our Optional Damage Waiver available, and you accept it, and fully and timely pay to Ricky Party Rentals the applicable Damage Waiver Fee reflected in your Rental Contract, then to the extent set forth below, Ricky Party Rentals agree to waive certain claims against you arising from physical damage to any Rented Item(s) covered by Damage Waiver (hereinafter, “Covered Item(s)”), subject to the remaining terms hereof. You will otherwise remain liable for 100% of all loss, theft, damage to or destruction of the Rented Item(s).

Terms and Conditions

When reserving with Ricky Party, you accept the terms and conditions of making reservations when renting from Ricky Party Rentals. You agree to have the card you provided charged a non refundable 50% of rental and deposit fee. If the reservation is cancelled then the 50%  non-refundable deposit can be used as a credit towards another reservation. See cancellation policies below for Ricky Party Rentals. By accepting these terms and conditions set forth also means you accept our Refund, Cancellation and Non-Refundable Deposit Policies.

You also agree to accept all risks associated with renting an item from Ricky Party Rentals and you agree that you shall not make any claims or demand or take any legal action, whatsoever, against Ricky Party Rentals and its employee’s for any errors, loss, damage or injury howsoever caused. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ricky Party Rentals and its employee’s against all claims, losses, suits, damage judgments, expense costs and charges of every kind.

Cancellation Policy – If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will need to contact us at least 14 days prior to your reservation date to reschedule. If not, you will lose deposit fee. If you need to cancel and do not wish to reschedule, deposit will NOT be refunded.  

Policy for Inclement Weather (Outdoor Party Rentals) – If at any time the day of your event it rains, storms, or if winds are above 25 mph you are eligible to reschedule or use credit for another event, deposit is non-refundable.

Policy for Delivery and Setup – If it starts to rain, storm, or if winds above 25 mph begin prior to your event and you call before we have left to deliver, you will not receive a refund as it is your responsibility to be aware of the weather forecast for the date and time of your rental period. If we have already left to deliver to your event, you will be charged the delivery fee ONLY. Delivery fee is 25% of the remaining 50% to be due at the time of delivery. After we deliver and setup the equipment there is no refund.
